Krueger) is a "collector" of such items, and the customer further agrees not to illegally wear, display or use such items nor to misrepresent himself or herself to acquire such items. The customer further agrees not to falsely claim to have been awarded or have earned such item(s). Any customer who acquires in any way from Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger any law enforcement and/or police medal or medal bar, medal ribbon or ribbon bar, award, award document or certificate, badge, patch, emblem, flag, streamer, plaque, uniform or part of any uniform, insignia, or any other law enforcement and/or police item agrees that he or she (the customer of Military Warehouse or John W.
