Military Warehouse Buying Terms

We DO NOT buy firearms or ammunition. We DO NOT buy any illegal items, medical kits or medical items, gun parts or magazines, U.S. police or law enforcement items, any police or law enforcement or federal badges of any kind, gravity knives, switchblade knives, cane knives, knuckle knives, restraining devices, gasmasks, flare pistols, replica guns, tobacco products, cigarette lighters, combustible items, altered coins or altered currency, counterfeit items, altered items, items with any glow-in-the-dark parts or coating, items containing mercury, dummy or inert grenades, shell casings or inert ordnance, or any ordnance items. We DO NOT buy, sell or trade any of these items. We DO NOT accept any of these items on consignment.

We DO NOT buy, sell or trade and we DO NOT accept for consignment any U.S. medals or U.S. badges, U.S. medal award documents, U.S. or state flags, U.S. military flags, U.S. decorations, U.S. ribbons, U.S. buttons, U.S. rosettes, or any other U.S. military item or any colorable imitation thereof. Please do not send any U.S. military items to us. However, we do buy unaltered U.S. collector coins.

Please do not send items to us by Express Mail® or Overnight Delivery unless we request you to. Otherwise, we can only reimburse your shipping costs for the equivalent of US Postal Service Priority Mail®.

Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us (Military Warehouse) any item(s) for any reason warrant that the item(s) being sent, transferred, delivered and/or offered to Military Warehouse are their (any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering Military Warehouse any item) legal property and that such item(s) are legal to buy, sell, trade, consign, transfer, exchange or give away and that all local, State and Federal laws are being observed by such sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering of such items to Military Warehouse. Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us (Military Warehouse) any item(s) for any reason warrant that they (any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering Military Warehouse any item) are responsible for determining the legality of such actions and that they agree to hold harmless Military Warehouse in any way for anything which might violate any local, State and/or Federal law. Anyone who sells and/or trades any item(s) to Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger agrees that any Minnesota and/or any other States' sales and/or use tax is part of the total price charged to Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger for the item(s), and that neither Military Warehouse nor John W. Krueger are responsible for paying any Minnesota and/or any other States' sales and/or use taxes on any items sold to or traded to Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger. Military Warehouse agrees to pay postage or shipping costs as outlined above for item(s) sent to Military Warehouse for purchase or trade, unless the party sending the item(s) to Military Warehouse agrees to pay such postage or shipping costs or unless such postage or shipping costs are unreasonable as determined by Military Warehouse. Military Warehouse reserves the right to determine the type and form of payment made to (or received from) anyone selling to, consigning items to, or doing any business with Military Warehouse. Please do not send us any reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "questionable" authenticity. Military Warehouse reserves the right to return any item or items to the seller for a full refund at any time if such items purchased by Military Warehouse are discovered to be reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "questionable" authenticity. Insurance on items sent to Military Warehouse is the sender's responsibility. Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us (Military Warehouse) any item(s) accepts all these terms and conditions when sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering any item(s) to Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger.
