• You set the retail price of your item - or we can help you determine price.
  
  
• We'll write the item description and photograph the item.
  
  
• We deduct our commission fees from your retail price when the consignment item is sold.
  Please note: Customer purchasing the consignment item is allowed a three-day inspection privilege.
  
  
• We will even pick up and help pack larger consignment collections for only our transportation expenses. Payment for these expenses can be deducted from future sales of consignment items (so you have no up-front costs).

We do not accept consignments from outside the United States.

If an item doesn't sell after being listed on our website for 30 days, it may be re-listed on our website for an additional 30 days with a reduction in the item's retail price of 20%. Such re-listing is subject to approval by both the consignor and Military Warehouse. Otherwise, unsold items will be returned to the consignor.

Payment for return shipping and handling of unsold or withdrawn items returned to the consignor is the consignor's responsibility. Insurance on items consigned to Military Warehouse is the consignor's responsibility. Please do not submit reproduction items, partial reproduction items or altered items. Shipping and handling costs for return of reproduction items, partial reproduction items or items the consignee (Military Warehouse) deems not acceptable for consignment are the consignor's responsibility.

The consignor will incur a listing cancellation fee for any item the consignor withdraws from consignment if we have already begun website listing work (i.e. copy writing, photography or website layout work) on the item and it is not offered for sale. This listing cancellation fee is equal to the consignment fee Military Warehouse would have received had the consigned item sold, based on the item's retail value set by Military Warehouse. This fee covers our time and expenses for researching and writing descriptive copy, taking photographs of the item, website layout changes, plus labor involved in shipping back the item.

The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to decline to accept any consignment item(s) at any time for listing on the Military Warehouse website without any explanation, notice or compensation to consignor or any other entity. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to list consigned items on the Military Warehouse website at the consignee's convenience, with no specified listing schedule imposed on the consignee. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to cancel the website listing of any consignment item(s), and to return any consignment item(s) without any explanation, notice or compensation to consignor or any other entity at any time the consignee (Military Warehouse) chooses to do so. The consignee (Military Warehouse) does not accept consignments from outside the United States. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to change and/or revise the consignment terms at any time without notice or compensation to consignors or any other entity. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to discontinue offering a consignment service at any time the consignee chooses to do so without any explanation, notice or compensation to any consignor or any other entity. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to sell consigned items at standard commission fees without actually listing the consigned items on the Military Warehouse website. The consignee (Military Warehouse) reserves the right to purchase from the consignor any consigned item at the listed or agreed to retail price minus the appropriate commission. By consigning an item or items to Military Warehouse, the consignor gives permission to the consignee (Military Warehouse) to bring and sell such consigned items at militaria shows or other venues where such items might be sold. If a consigned item or consigned items are sold by Military Warehouse to a customer and the item(s) are then returned to Military Warehouse by that customer for a refund, Military Warehouse reserves the right to then return those consigned item(s) to the consignor without re-listing the returned item(s) again on our website. Military Warehouse reserves the right to re-list and/or re-sell a consignment item or items being returned for a refund by the customer before the customer is sent the refund for the item(s). Please do not submit reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "uncertain" authenticity. Military Warehouse reserves the right to take photographs and/or images (such as still images, digital images, moving images or any other type of image) of any and all items sent or offered to Military Warehouse for any reason, and to publish and/or use such photographs and/or images at any time and in any manner and for any purpose we (Military Warehouse) see fit, including posting such photographs and/or images on any website or websites (including websites which are either affiliated with Military Warehouse or not affiliated with Military Warehouse) at any time we (Military Warehouse) see fit. Photographs, images and/or illustrations of consignment items on our Military Warehouse website (or any other website Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger posts photographs, images and/or illustrations) may be edited or enhanced, enlarged or reduced in size, and might or might not be the actual size or color of the item. Shipping and handling costs for return of reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items, items of "uncertain" authenticity or any items the consignee (Military Warehouse) deems not acceptable for consignment are the consignor's responsibility. Military Warehouse reserves the right to determine the type and form of payment made to (or received from) anyone selling to, consigning items to, or doing any business with Military Warehouse. Any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us (Military Warehouse) any item(s) for any reason warrant that the item(s) being sent, delivered and/or offered to Military Warehouse are their (any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering Military Warehouse any item) legal property and that such item(s) are legal to buy, sell, trade, consign, exchange or give away and that all local, State and Federal laws are being observed by such sending, delivering and/or offering of such items to Military Warehouse. Any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us (Military Warehouse) any item(s) for any reason warrant that they (any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering Military Warehouse any item) are responsible for determining the legality of such actions and that they agree to hold harmless Military Warehouse in any way for anything which might violate any local, State and/or Federal law. The consignor is responsible for paying any applicable taxes on items consigned to Military Warehouse. The consignor accepts all these "Military Warehouse Consignment Terms" and commission rates when submitting consignment items to Military Warehouse or John W. Krueger.
