Original hard black rubber model of the Nazi Messerschmitt ME-109E used for training purposes during WWII and featuring the identification marking on the underside. This example features an old paint job and decals which may have been applied by someone after WWII. Some typical aging. Wingspan measures about 5 3/8 inches...$95.

483-22. Original U.S. WWII "GERMAN JU-188" Medium Bomber Airplane Silhouette Training Model. Original hard black rubber model of the Nazi Junkers JU-188 used for training purposes during WWII. This example features the identification marking and copyright date "7-44". Some typical aging. Wingspan measures about 11 1/2 inches...$95.

436-22. Early U.S. Cavalry (?) Tunic Button. Outstanding original example of this early (perhaps Civil War?) brass tunic button with old style eagle bearing the letter "C" (Cavalry?) within shield on its breast. Reverse side is maker-marked "SCOVILL MFG CO. WATERBURY". Button measures about 7/8" in diameter. I don't know much about this particular item...$30.

Outstanding silver-finished teaspoon that is highly decorated with designs relating to the 1933 Chicago World's Fair, including a depiction of the "Administration Building". This lovely spoon bears the maker's marking "ONEIDA COMMUNITY PAR PLATE"...$20.

441-22. Original 1933 Chicago World's Fair Souvenir Spoon. Outstanding silver-plated teaspoon that is decorated with designs relating to the 1933 Chicago World's Fair, including a depiction of the "Science Court". Some age tarnish to silver finish. This lovely spoon bears the maker's marking "WINTHROP SILVER PLATE"...$20.

442-22. WWI U.S. Messkit Inscribed with AEF Soldier's Information. Interesting and historic item from the Western Front. Original stainless steel U.S. messkit with the name, serial number and other information hand-engraved on the messkit bottom surface. It is inscribed "Pvt. 1st C.W. BENNETT Co. A. 52 ENGRS PERIQUEUX (DORdOGNE) FRANCE A.E.F.-A.P.O.-705. SEL.NO. 442368". The bottom is also stamped "CWB". The lettering is crude with some backwards numbers. This item is worthy of further research. The messkit consists of the top and bottom halves and the long steel closing handle which is held shut by a field replacement piece of wire...$40. SOLD
